Corrections, disputes, and removals for your listing

The Phoenix, Arizona HVAC Contractor Guide is an independent directory that rates HVAC contractors in the Phoenix area based on publicly available information and Google reviews. Listings are free to claim and maintain. Payment has no effect on scores, rankings, or listing status. This page explains how you can fix incorrect information, challenge the accuracy of your data, or request removal of your listing. The full rubric is published under ranking method.

Fixing factual information

Factual errors (business name, address, phone, website, hours, the list of services) are the quickest thing to fix. Include the correct information and a way to confirm it; your website or Google Business Profile both work. Applied corrections persist across our data refresh cycles.

Disputing your score or summary

Scores and review summaries are calculated automatically using a single published rubric applied equally to every contractor in this directory. They are never manually adjusted. If you believe your score or summary is wrong, that means the underlying data is wrong. This could happen if your listing got matched to the wrong business, if reviews were credited to you by mistake, or if the summary misrepresents what reviewers actually said. File a dispute and we will re-examine the sources and regenerate your listing. A dispute is not a request for a higher score.

Requesting removal of your listing

Your listing can be removed if your business is permanently closed, if your entry is a duplicate of another, or if your business falls outside the scope of this directory. An accurate and in-scope listing will not be removed, and you will receive a clear explanation of why. We also automatically catch and remove closed businesses during our monthly verification cycle.

How quickly you will hear back

Every request gets a reply within 5 business days. If a removal is approved, it takes 7 days to process. Declined requests include a reason for the decision.
